I’m a SAHM (Stay-At-Home-Mama) to four adorable kiddos and the privileged wife to the most amazing man on earth (no really, he is, I’m not just saying that).

Here you will find little pieces of our story, both big and small, fun and sad, successes and failures. We love God, each other, and living life together more than anything.

Our goal is to raise children who serve God, respect their country, love others and walk in greatness. Although this is as insurmountable a task as you could find, it’s the one we believe God has given us and the one we strive to achieve every day.

This, however, is easier said than done, and I have personally found that the struggle to keep my head above water in this crazy season of motherhood overwhelming.

A few years ago, I set out on a journey to reclaim my joy. What I thought I would find was a comprehensive approach to nullifying the effects of motherhood.

What I did find, however, was a compelling argument to embracing it. Embrace the chaos. Appreciate the crazy. The unknowns, the exhaustion, the heightened emotions, the early mornings and late nights – embrace motherhood. That’s where my joy comes from, not in trying to change my reality but accepting it with the peace and strength that comes from a loving God.

Now my passion is to share with other moms the sanctuary and security I have found in this place. I want them to find the freedom of seeing beauty in the chaos, peace in the crazy, hope in the despair —  joy EVERY DAY!
